Welcome to the Northeastern Clinton Central School District Pre-Registration Form
**This pre-registration form should take you less than 15 minutes if you already have the applicable information (Indicated below) at the ready when you are completing the form online.**
All children entering the Northeastern Clinton Central School District are registered by the district registrar at our main campus, 103 Route 276, Champlain, New York 12919.
Once this online pre-registration form is complete, please return to the district registration page, the kindergarten registration page, the UPK registration page, or the CPSE registration page you started on and follow the instructions to complete the process.

If you do not have the means to complete the registration form online you can download and print the packet from our website https://www.nccscougar.org/domain/2428 and submit the packet after it is complete to Leanne Supernaw.
For your child to be enrolled at the Northeastern Clinton Central School District, all appropriate paperwork and documentation must be submitted. (Either in a hard copy or digital format). The digitized format is the most efficient manner for completing the form. Note: For UPK Registrations; All required information needs to be submitted in order to be eligible for the lottery on April 29.
The following documents are required for registration:
• Completed registration packet • Birth Certificate (Copy) • Proof of Residence (You must provide two forms of proof of residency) • CHOOSE ONE • Current Tax bill • Mortgage Agreement • Rental Agreement • A dated/notarized letter from landlord/homeowner stating the address of residence and the name(s) of people living at the address • AND • Telephone Bill • Cable Bill • Utility Bill • Bank Account Statement (Please redact all account numbers/information) • Credit Card Bill (Please redact all account numbers/information) • Valid NYS Driver’s License • Court Documents (If Applicable) When filling out the residency address in the online pre-registration form please abbreviate the names of the portions of the address without using a period (i.e. Street would be “St” and Road would be “Rd” and Avenue would be “Ave”- DO NOT PUT A PERIOD AT THE END).
When filling out a question that does not pertain to you or your student/s please type NA or make the selection NA (Not Applicable) in a drop-down menu.
